Only a stone’s throw away from the Forst Brewery and connected to it by a wooden bridge, the Braugarten continues the principles and traditions of the FORST Brewery: tradition and closeness to nature, but also hard work to keep the quality of its products at a consistently high level. Tradition and progress is the brewery’s leitmotif, which is also lived out daily in the brewery garden.
In the shade of the old chestnut trees, traditional South Tyrolean dishes are served, lovingly prepared with the best ingredients, which come mainly from the surrounding area, from local producers and suppliers.
Typical snacks, hearty knuckle of pork, carefully braised roasts, Schlutzkrapfen and dumplings reflect the tradition of our country, simple but hearty dishes for which our cuisine is known far beyond the borders of the country!
For the excellent meal in the brewery garden we serve freshly tapped beer. Seven different types of beer come fresh and directly from the brewery cellars of the FORST brewery to your table without any detours – but only after our draught masters have taken it out of the barrel with all their experience and with a lot of feeling and have given it a magnificent crown!
You can experience the proverbial and lively hospitality of the Reiterer family of tenants and their long-standing team, who have been running the brewery garden since time immemorial, every day. But you can also celebrate with us: in the Braugarten Forst there are regular and twilight parties, performances by solo artists, but also regular concerts!
