HOT FOOD SERVED ALL DAY!
Just a stone’s throw from the FORST brewery (to which it is connected by a wooden bridge), our Braugarten is at its most festive during the Christmas season. Amidst the glow of lights, the scent of pine and atmospheric music, the same philosophy that has always defined FORST lives on here: tradition, a love of nature and quality. Whether enjoying a Christmas beer beneath the twinkling lights, or savouring regional specialities in the warm glow of the huts –we bring tradition to life in the FORST Christmas Forest, where you can celebrate time-honoured customs, sip after sip.
The
Christmas huts
Christmas is always a very special time for the FORST speciality brewery and its Braugarten, which is why the “Forst Christmas Forest” was created by Cellina von Mannstein in 2013: it has since become a real highlight of the advent season in the Meran area.
Seasonal decorations create a serene and romantic atmosphere: over 100 Christmas trees adorn the beer garden, while fire bowls and torches surround the heated Christmas huts, ideal for enjoying the spirit of the season in good company. The famed Braugarten kitchen serves not only our classics, but also festive specialities accompanied by freshly tapped, traditional Christmas beer.
Our specialities can be enjoyed either in our cosy, heated Christmas huts or at the large tables around the open and heated bar area.
You can find us here:
Our cosy, heated Christmas huts are located by the green Christmas tree made from Forst beer bottles..

The little houses near the shop – where the bell is located – and the huts by the sheep are not part of our business.
